Job Summary:

Our client, LoJack Canada is the world leader in auto theft recovery. This position is responsible for developing the auto channel in and around the GTA. The candidate will be expected to achieve the annual sales volume and penetration objectives set out for the territory.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for the development of new sales activity through the car dealer market within your specific territory.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting within your territory, including that for annual planning
  • Responsible for managing your territory, in a professional fashion, and for achieving your annual business plan.
  • Responsible for implementing key company strategies within your territory.
  • Responsible for implementing and managing an effective communication channel for pertinent company information within your territory.
  • Responsible for managing the development of your territory in an effective, cost efficient manner.
  • Responsible in aiding the Company’s accounts receivable department, as required, ensuring that accounts receivables in your territory are within targeted objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years direct selling experience, (auto channel experience essential).
  • Must possess excellent communication skills including the ability to make effective presentations.
  • Must possess efficient time management skills.
  • Must be a self-motivator, ambitious, high energy individual.
  • Must have a ‘hunter’ style approach to selling.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required, as determined by your manager.
