Job Description:

  • Management of the day-to-day interactions with the client and serves as the communication conduit between the 2 organizations.
  • Responsible for ensuring all client deliverables are met and is a key contributor to the account development process.
  • Represents the entire range of Club Auto’s products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring client satisfaction is maintained at the highest levels.

Job Functions:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to exceed account performance objectives and client expectations.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution-development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company resources.
  • Develops strategies and proposals aimed to introducing additional products and services in an effort to grow the account and establish multi-dimensional business relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 year’s demonstrated success as an Account Manager
  • Exposure to the Automotive or Contact Centre industry is a definite asset
  • Driven and ambitious; eager to play a significant role on a winning team
  • A natural relationship-builder; makes connections and establishes credibility with ease
  • Committed to providing white-glove level customer service
  • Works exceptionally well under pressure
