Job Description:

• Your responsibilities will focus of operating the service department at maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Improving cost controls, building customer relationships, maintaining good employee and manufacturer relationships
• Setting and obtaining Service sales, and Customer Satisfaction objectives, and maintaining Service records.
• Full responsibility for warranty administration

Qualifications:

• You are a proven Service Manager with domestic vehicle experience.
• Coupled with your strong technical background, you have a proven track record in service administration, shop productivity/efficiency, people management, and expense control.
• You are adept at computerized inventory management systems, service scheduling and warranty administration.
• You have the ability to liaise and develop strong relationships with OEM representatives.
• You are well organized and able to lead a team.
• You are motivated with a strong desire to be successful, and demonstrate definite leadership qualities.

Education:

• Undergraduate degree or related experience
