Job Description:

  • Handle calls & inquiries from dealership service personnel
  • Advise on challenging vehicle diagnostics & repairs
  • Assist with receiving, distributing & publishing technical service info

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Technician (interprovincial an asset)
  • Dealership experience an asset
  • Strong automotive technology
  • Excellent diagnostic skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft applications)
  • Excellent communicator both oral and written (English/French preferred)
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license

Education:

  • Grade 12 minimum, post-secondary preferred
