Job Description:

• Develop strong relationships with our Strategic Partners
• Implement and continue to develop the “Fix Auto System”, or S.O.P.
• Work with the Operations Team in Alberta, B.C. and Canada to ensure the best value is continually delivered to our Strategic Partners
• Assist where indicated to ensure completion of annual “Strategic Initiatives”, as defined in the Annual Compensation Worksheet
• Conduct market research to uncover opportunities
• Maintain a calendar on relevant insurance industry association and activities
• Participation in key industry or community group activities

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of collision repair industry through education or experience (3-5 years’ Body Shop management experience)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in collision estimating
• Good comprehension of operations of a collision repair facility
• Working knowledge/experience with ICBC (an asset)
• Statistical knowledge of collision business
• Understand and optimize shop KPI’s and profitability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong aptitude for Audatex and Mitchell Repair Centre
• Class 5 Drivers License with clear abstract
• Ability to travel on short notice
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
