Support automotive aftermarket service. This Technical Assistance Call Centre position is the front line Call Centre role using a computerized information system. The Technical Assistance Consultant provides detailed repair information to technicians in the aftermarket. Contact is generally inbound and may have an outbound call back component. The Call Center addresses real-world problems, including immediate repair situations where technicians call for information to correctly and quickly identify problems and repair solutions. The candidate for this position must have a technical aptitude. This individual must be highly motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will have Dealership or Independent Service Center Technician experience.
