Currently, they have an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Service Manager who knows the service operation inside and out and can manage and build the department to reach its potential. Recently, they have partnered with the Marckis Group to assist in building their team.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the service operation and responsibilities to achieve customer satisfaction; service advisor hours/repair order; technician productivity/efficiency; monthly flat rate hours, revenue and profitability objectives.
We view the Service Department as key to the overall success of the Dealership and a key driver to increase vehicle sales. Our size and your position will allow you to regularly interact with customers.
