HighTest Performance Solutions Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Services to join our team and immerse themselves in a variety of digital project opportunities. We have developed multiple technology-based tools for numerous automotive brands that not only support the onboarding of new sales staff at dealerships, but are consumer-friendly, can be actively used during the customer experience, and leveraged to enhance the knowledge and professionalism of frontline staff. In addition, this role may include the implementation of marketing programs, product knowledge and process training programs, for dealership personnel on behalf of various OEMs to drive increased vehicles sales, customer satisfaction and retention in support of client objectives.
The Senior Manager, Client Services serves an essential role on the HighTest team with multiple responsibilities including directing, organizing, and controlling project activities. Responsibilities can range from administrative duties (maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports), through to project management duties (sub-contractor management, schedule development and updates, budget development and maintenance and client management) along with an ongoing and keen focus on strategic planning for future initiatives.
