Introduction

HighTest Performance Solutions Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Services to join our team and immerse themselves in a variety of digital project opportunities. We have developed multiple technology-based tools for numerous automotive brands that not only support the onboarding of new sales staff at dealerships, but are consumer-friendly, can be actively used during the customer experience, and leveraged to enhance the knowledge and professionalism of frontline staff. In addition, this role may include the implementation of marketing programs, product knowledge and process training programs, for dealership personnel on behalf of various OEMs to drive increased vehicles sales, customer satisfaction and retention in support of client objectives.

Position

The Senior Manager, Client Services serves an essential role on the HighTest team with multiple responsibilities including directing, organizing, and controlling project activities. Responsibilities can range from administrative duties (maintenance of project documentation, plans and reports), through to project management duties (sub-contractor management, schedule development and updates, budget development and maintenance and client management) along with an ongoing and keen focus on strategic planning for future initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As an important member of the HighTest team, your key responsibilities will include the following:

  • Attend client meetings and enable the determination of project requirements.
  • Develop project proposals, budgets, and project schedules.
  • Ensure the quality of all work delivered to clients is flawlessly executed.
  • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by sub-contractors and internal project teammates.
  • Effectively communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Review sub-contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
  • Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Track and manage project scope creep.
  • Keep the extended Project Team informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
  • Communicate ideas for improving company processes and project improvements with a positive and constructive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently on most job responsibilities; with a high-degree of resourcefulness and a minimum-degree of supervision required.
  • Independently interface with clients on a day-to-day basis; with a high level of overall client management; ability to resolve escalation of most issues without supervisor involvement.
  • Confidence to challenge client with direction and provide recommendations based on previous experience.
  • Maintain standard process documentation for the project team and client.
  • Author, update, and deliver status updates to the client and entire project team.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with the entire project team to ensure the timely execution of all program deliverables.

  • Must have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PPT)

Essential Experience

  • Web Application Development Fundamentals (Do not need to know how to code but understand the logic behind it)
  • Web Architecture (Basic concepts of how web applications relate to DNS, databases, browsers, Caching)
  • Data (Basic understanding and related analysis)
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • MS Office Suite (Excel – VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sums and formulae, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Programming Logic (Pertaining to value calculations)
  • Google Analytics
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Email Marketing Services – Constant Contact, Mail Chimp
  • Video Hosting Services – Vimeo, YouTube
  • Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.

Additional Assets

  • Bilingual (English / French or Spanish) verbal & written.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and retail environment
  • Automotive Field Experience

Typical Education & Experience Profile

  • BA / College Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
