We would love to have you join our SCI Lease Corp team as a Senior Bilingual Credit Risk Analyst as we expand our growing number of automotive manufacturers and dealer network. Help us research and analyze credit risk by assessing the credit history of potential customers to help build our lease portfolio together. Further we are looking for someone with the ability to strengthen the relationships of over 400 dealerships across Canada.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate credit applications under specific guidelines.
Review key financial ratios and credit bureau information to determine affordability and risk.
Review and verify income from various sources such as pay stubs and notice of assessments.
Review commercial credit files, credit bureaus and financial statements.
Support inbound and outbound communication with our dealers and internal departments regarding credit decisions.
Promote our high standard of service to our dealers and to other areas within the company.
Varying shift work as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Able to support our rotating weekly shift (currently from 10 :30am until 7pm or 12 :30am until or 9pm EST), and at least one Saturday per month (currently from 10:30am until 7pm EST).

Qualifications:

Must be bilingual (English and French – both written and verbal).
Knowledge and understanding of personal and commercial credit bureau reports.
Knowledge and understanding of detailed financial statements and ratio analysis.
Knowledge of standard Microsoft office software.
Experience in the leasing/automotive or asset-based financing industry is an asset.
Direct lending experience, automotive preferred.
College diploma or university degree and/or applicable work experience.
