Recently, they have partnered with the Marckis Group to assist in the search for a Regional Director, Corporate Stores responsible for overseeing and improving the operational performance of Bumper to Bumper corporate stores in Southern Ontario.

In this role, you will ensure stores are meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding Bumper to Bumper’s corporate values of ownership, teamwork, and respect. You will develop and implement strategies to drive store growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability while empowering and inspiring store managers and staff to achieve corporate and personal goals.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and improve the operational performance of Bumper to Bumper corporate stores in the Southern Ontario Region – with a growing focus in the GTA..
  • Ensure stores are adhering to operational policies and procedures in order to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store growth, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
  • Inspire store managers and staff to achieve their potential.
  • Identify and address operational issues, and implement solutions to improve performance
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage the regional store budget and monitor OPEX to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to assist with strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to read, understand and take action based on financial reports including Income Statements.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail and/or wholesale operations management, with a strong track record of success in dealing with OPEX.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and achieve sales targets while upholding corporate values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and empowering others.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the aftermarket automotive and industry supply industries.
