Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will have responsibility for all marketing initiatives at Posterjack.  This is a role for a go getter with drive who excels at delivering growth.  The ideal candidate is an up and coming marketing super hero looking for a place to make an impact.  You must have a very strong understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.  From high level strategy, to writing the marketing emails to hundreds of thousands of customers, this job will provide both variety and challenge.  You’ll manage the relationships and strategy with specialized agencies that assist us with Search Engine Marketing and Facebook.  In-house you’ll have support from both content management and graphic design resources.  We are looking for someone that is both analytical and creative who likes to grab the bull by the horns.  If you want the chance to make a difference daily for a company that thrives on making their customers happy (see our 20,000 customer reviews), this is your chance!

Candidate Profile

3-5 years’ experience in hands-on digital marketing capacity.

Core Work Activities:

  • Create and execute annual digital marketing plan to budget
  • Drive new customer acquisition at or below defined CPA targets through paid digital marketing channels including Google and Facebook
  • Create and execute the annual promotional calendar
  • Act as the liaison between Posterjack and external marketing agencies
  • Execute all email marketing, including developing the email calendar, writing the content, administering the subscriber list, A/B testing, and optimization
  • Work with in-house graphic designer/photographer to create graphic collateral for usage in marketing, public relations, social media, on the website and promotions
  • Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter accounts with support of our content manager, including overseeing development of the monthly calendar
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other software tools to measure and report on marketing results monthly
