ROLE SUMMARY

Clarify is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting consultant / project manager, eager to be part of the transformation of the automotive industry. This is a unique opportunity to be a big part of a small but powerful team of automotive experts, motivated to help our clients succeed.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Manager Automotive Advisory Services is responsible for supporting the design of a broad range of solutions including research, data/analytics, software, process improvement and coaching which efficiently and effectively address client pain points.

The Manager Automotive Advisory Services will lead the implementation of these solutions, working closely with internal colleagues and our national and global partners to ensure we consistently meet, and frequently exceed, the expectations of our clients. Clarify seeks to deliver value and impact for our clients by bringing innovative ideas, techniques and tools to solution design which are grounded in deep industry and customer experience expertise, and through exemplary levels of client service.

The Manager will be the main point of contact for our clients and for our strategic partners on each assigned engagement.

The Manager will be viewed by clients as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying new ways for Clarify to deliver value and improve client business performance.

The Manager will work closely with the Managing Director to bring new solution proposals to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop Clarify solution and services expertise
  • Support client needs assessment, proposal development and solution design
  • Lead solution delivery and client service and advisory support
  • Build strong relationships with Clarify strategic partners, and identify new potential partners
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to identify new solution opportunities for Clarify
  • Build meaningful trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • Lead “farming” business development activities within existing clients; meet and exceed revenue and client satisfaction targets
  • Track all business development activity within the Clarify CRM – Hubspot
  • Proactively manage project timelines and profitability within Accelo

 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum five years automotive industry experience in CX, training, sales, or service operations roles or in consulting, software or service provider roles supporting automotive clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort and dexterity working across client organizations, with front-line team members to executives
  • Very strong data management, analytical and data visualization skills
  • Passion for helping clients
  • Proven ability to deliver to clients as promised through exceptional project management
  • Strong collaborative orientation both with client stakeholders and internally including Clarify strategic partners to find innovative ways to support clients
  • Some travel required both locally (GTA) and across the country — 20% estimated (post pandemic)
