Our company’s Electrical Group is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner in Burlington, Ontario.
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will be responsible for providing HR leadership and support to your assigned client groups, with a focus on driving exceptional talent acquisition processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will work with the Human Resources Manager (HRM) to deploy HR programs aligned to our integrated talent strategy and organizational goals.
