The Account Manager at MyAdbox is responsible for working with the Project Managers and end users of the MyAdbox system to deliver project and end user servicing excellence. You are responsible for delivering day to day support that meets and exceeds client expectations across both brand and dealership teams. You are always thinking about how we can do things in a better way, challenging and helping drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the MyAdbox Canada Dealer Support team you will assist the dealer network and zone offices with:

  • Helping the dealer network, Area Sales Managers and Area Parts and Service Managers learn how to use the MyAdbox system as required.
  • Ad hoc training requirements for new users.
  • Setting up new users.
  • Administering the approval process if necessary.
  • Proofing advertisements.
  • Trafficking marketing materials from the dealers to our studio teams.
  • Informing the Dealer network of improvements and enhancements to the system as well as new content.
  • Communicating enhancements and new campaign availability within the product.
  • Identifying any issues within the system and escalating appropriately.


We are looking for energetic and creative problem-solvers who know how to put their customers first. If the following characteristics describe you, we would love to hear from you:

  • Ideally, bilingual, and able to work in either French or English.
  • Marketing / Business / Advertising academic qualification.
  • Proven experience in an Account/Client support role.
  • Good understanding of marketing strategy and what are the pain/pressure points on internal marketing teams.
  • Highly organized, articulate, and confident speaking with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Able to multitask and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Team player with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
