Job Profile:

CarrXpert is seeking an ambitious and talented Operations and Training Manager to drive new revenue through a banner approach for the North American market excluding the province of Quebec. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in collision facility operations as well as generating sales and developing relationships with both body shop operators, Dealer Principals and major insurance companies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by selling Epsilon’s Marketing Services Products to targeted clients; small, mid and large Dealerships and Dealer Groups in assigned market area.
  • The primary responsibility of this role as Operations and Training Manager – CarrXpert, is to support the General Manager by leading in the development and execution of operational and training programs that will enable CarrXpert to set and execute a plan to meet its members target, volume targets, and overall business objectives.
  • The incumbent will:
    • Analyze the business and competitive environment of each member on a scheduled basis, using strong data and sound judgement to make recommendations to the collision facility manager and dealer principal on ways to better meet short and long-term business goals.
    • Lead the development and maintenance of CarrXpert training programs.
    • Ensure effective communication across the team and the members.
    • Identify innovative solutions for the division.
    • Lead the performance of audits of CarrXpert members to ensure banner standards are followed.
