Position: Operations Executive

Management Responsibilities:

  • Take an ‘entrepreneurial’ approach to the business, collaborating with President and members of the Company team on improving and managing all aspects of the business
  • Present monthly and quarterly operations updates to the President
  • Create annual operations plan including ranking of franchise locations according to support needs from head office
  • Actual performance plan will be reviewed with the President on a monthly basis
  • Create franchisee operational improvement plans for all franchisees, including target Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Support President and finance leader on preparation of multi-year strategic plan and annual financial and operating budgets
  • Responsible for oversight and performance of corporate stores, including hiring and managing the corporate store manager and other key personnel and assisting the President in finding and vetting new Franchisees for the location
  • During franchisee location visits follow-up with franchisees on local marketing/promotion activities and repair and maintenance expense vs. annual plan
  • In collaboration with the President, develop and implement a formal franchisee feedback survey

Daily Store Management:

  • Daily visits to locations
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
  • Provide on-site training for management and technical staff for Lankar and Napa Centre of
  • Maintaining supplier relationships
  • Occasional IT support regarding Client Management software (Lankar)
  • Assist with on-site HR issues                 

New Franchise Locations:      

  • On-site training with new franchisees with all facets of operating their Franchise location
  • Shop layouts and equipment placement
  • Assist new franchise locations with creating relationships with approved suppliers

Administrative:

  • Main liaison between Lankar and Franchisor
  • Manage Napa Technical Excellence program
  • Manage vendor relationships with President
