Job Summary

This position reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and is required to proactively pursue and sell to Major Dealership groups as assigned along with Business development within the OEM’s based in Ontario. The Business Development Executive plays a key role in our future growth sales by actively pursuing all the OEM’s and highlighting the advantages of the Company’s Service and Sales CRM along with the ancillary products that complement the core offering. They will also be accountable for the major dealership groups and growing our presence within them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling Company services into Major Groups and OEM’s
  • Keep current with Company and industry standards

Qualification and Education Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Automotive and/or Dealership experience
  • Established automotive network within Dealers and OEM’s
  • Posses’ strong written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including executive, professional, sales and service staff.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office product suite required.
  • Demonstrate professionalism.
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven Sales experience into Dealers and/or OEM’s
  • Proven experience in conducting presentations to C Level
  • Proven established network within the Automotive Industry

Additional Notes:

  • Must have a valid passport and driver’s license. Some travel may be required
  • Candidate must be flexible with days/hours to fulfill business needs
