Job Description: 

Working from a Home Office location you will be responsible for selling, training and improving Automotive Dealer’s performance related to our products and services within the Province of British Columbia. You will report directly to the Executive Leader, Retail Solutions. You will also have direct responsibility for managing multiple key stakeholder relationships within your region including Dealership Staff, OEM Field Sales Representatives and Lender Field Sales Representatives. Your success will be dependent on your ability to leverage these key stakeholder relationships into selling opportunities.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Train and educate Dealership Staff on our leasing program and on how to sell leasing to their customers
  • Sell SCI Lease Corp branded products, including but not limited to EWT (Excess Wear & Tear Coverage) to SCI Lease Corp Dealers in your region
  • Sell SCI’s digital engagement software solutions and Training programs to Automotive Dealers in your region
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to dealership staff on how to effectively use SCI solutions
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Manage Lender/OEM Field Sales Relationships within their defined region and leverage these relationships into selling opportunities
  • Manage key Dealer relationships
  • Provide regular sales activity updates using Salesforce.com
  • Participate in weekly Sales Conference Calls
  • Prepare and maintain an overview of our competitor’s product offerings
  • Represent SCI MarketView at key Industry Events including but not limited to NADA, Auto Shows and Conferences
  • Provide regular updates on “street” activity (What’s going in your market)

Qualifications: 

Skills

  • Exceptional relationship management skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office applications, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to travel

 

Experience 

  • Minimum 5 years Automotive Leasing/Financing and or Digital Marketing experience
  • Experience working from a remote office
  • Existing relationships with Automotive Dealerships in BC

 

Education

  • Post-Secondary Degree
