Job Profile:

The Dealer Broker, Account Executive is responsible for providing sales and service to WS Leasing Ltd. Dealers and Brokers. Responsibilities include reviewing lease deals with respect to credit worthiness and ensuring acceptable profitability for WS Leasing Ltd. This position will provide exceptional customer service and take primary responsibility for the development and maintenance of a quality portfolio of clients, ensuring that personal, department and organizational goals and objectives are achieved and or exceeded.

Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing & Promotion

  • Develops a sales strategy to promote the services of WS Leasing Ltd. Program to potential clients as well as retaining existing clients.
  • Presents WS Leasing Ltd. program to potential clients.
  • Determines and obtains all required documentation to set up dealer i.e. Dealer/Business licenses.
  • Accepts or declines dealer as client.
  • Works with the Marketing Department at WSCU to develop marketing materials for WS Leasing Ltd.
  • Develops a strategy for sales campaigns and promotional material for leasing contests.
  • Administers cash payments for contest winners.
  • Manages inventory for promotional material.
  • Organizes all WS Leasing Ltd. client appreciation events.

Customer Service

  • Provides a superior level of service to clients of WS Leasing Ltd.
  • Listens to concerns of clients, seeks solutions to their problems.
  • Acts as intermediary between the Credit, Administration and Sales departments of WS Leasing Ltd.
  • Works closely with department managers to foster a positive team and high morale.
  • Nurtures positive working relations with clients to ensure the continued success of WS Leasing Ltd. in the marketplace.
  • Reviews “specialty” car loans and leases for the Credit Department.
  • Shares knowledge of vehicles with the team.
  • Follows up on inquiries or referrals from existing clients.

Training of New Clients

  • Reviews requirements for becoming a new dealer with prospective clients.
  • Provides new dealers with Leasing Handbook and documentation package.
  • Reviews documentation package with dealers.
  • Sets dealers up on the WS Leasing Ltd. program.
  • Provides new dealers with samples of completed documentation.
  • Trains new and or existing dealers on how to use the Leasing Program, documentation, quotes and calculation of residuals.
  • Provides training on the WS Leasing Ltd. on-line approval program for all clients.
